Cake ED Meds are a compounded medication* with high concentrations of Sildenafil and Tadalafil. The two ingredients are combined into one unique compounded medication* that dissolves under your tongue and takes effect in 15 minutes.

Simply place under your tongue 15-30 minutes prior to sexual activity.

Regular strength is for those spontaneous encounters. If you’re trying Cake ED meds for the first time, we recommend starting out with regular strength. It contains a lower dose of active ingredients so you can ease into your ED treatment.

Regular Strength Cake ED Meds
Sildenafil = 40mg + Tadalafil = 8mg

Extra strength is for when you know you have a big weekend coming up and need to be ready at any time. If you have used other ED meds before and know you need extra strength, we recommend ordering those. This med contains a higher dose of active ingredients designed to get you ready on-demand.

Extra Strength Cake ED Meds
Sildenafil = 80mg + Tadalafil = 17mg

The common side effects of Cake ED Meds include: headache, flushing (warmth, redness, or tingly feeling), nasal congestion, nausea, diarrhea, indigestion or upset stomach, back pain, muscle aches, pain in arms or legs, dizziness, sensitivity to light, and/or nosebleeds.
